DowlingDodd Chartered Surveyors specialise in business property valuations which includes residential and nursing homes. Valuations are, again, required for a number of reasons, including re-financing, taxation, probate, matrimonial and expert witness.

The valuation of nursing and retirement homes is very specialist and is a profits based valuation which involves not only an appraisal of the property, but also an appraisal of the business trading, profit and loss accounts over at least a three year period.
