Since Keith Carr and Julian Crosby acquired DowlingDodd in 2004 we have seen significantly increased levels of business. We have completely re branded the Company and relocated to newly refurbished offices.  We have also invested heavily in IT as well as staff training.

Keith has secured several major panel appointments with a number of commercial lenders locally and nationally.

Julian has continued to drive the residential survey work forward particularly with the support of some of the counties leading Estate Agents and Solicitors as well as appointments with one of the regions leading Packagers.

We are absolutely committed to providing the highest level of service to all of our clients whether they be a National Corporate or a First Time Buyer.
