In 2023, we have helped over 370 people with buying their new homes so a big thank you to all these people who we have carried out Building Surveys and Home Surveys for.
We have carried out over 60 Valuations, many of which were for Help to Buy clients redeeming their Help to Buy Loans, so thank you too all.
In addition, we have carried out many mortgage valuations for our corporate clients including Lloyds Bank, NatWest, Handelsbanken and Gateway so thank you too.
In total we have surveyed and valued properties this year with a total value in the region of £245,000,000.
