Meet the Team

DowlingDodd was established in 1981 and our surveyors are amongst the most experienced in the area with an in depth knowledge of the local market, historic and vernacular building techniques as well as the problems that can be specific to Cornwall such a Mundic Block, Radon Gas and of course Mining.

We are a totally independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with no ties to any financial institution or large chain of estate agents and pride ourselves in providing sound, honest advice to all our clients whether you are purchasing you first home or relocating to Cornwall and buying a 200 year old farmhouse or a professional property investor.

We know how lucky we are to live in this beautiful county and our passion for Cornwall extends to our buildings and traditional methods of construction.

We cover the entire county surveying and valuing Town, Country and Coastal properties and our reports are written using clear understandable language avoiding technical jargon.
