The property website, Rightmove, has revealed that according to their research, Newquay has been named the hottest market in the UK for vendors.
It reports 80% of homes listed on their website this year have already been sold subject to contract. This compares with only 18% in Birmingham city centre which is the lowest in the UK.
One local agent reports that within minutes of a property going live on the Rightmove website, they are getting enquiries for viewings.
