We are looking for a full time, permanent surveyor to cover a range of stunning locations including: Polzeath, Crantock, St Ives, Falmouth, St Mawes, Perranporth, Port Isaac and Fowey.
A typical day in life of a DowlingDodd surveyor:
08:00 – Watching the waves at Watergate Bay
09:00 – Property Survey in Padstow
13:00 – Report writing in Rock
DowlingDodd, Cornwall’s No.1 Property Surveyors are a fast growing, long established, friendly firm specialising in Surveys and Valuations across the County and are now looking to recruit a Surveyor to fulfil exciting growth plans for 2020.
Our core business is providing sound professional advice to buyers in the form of HomeBuyers Surveys and Building Surveys, private valuation work as well as some Mortgage Valuation work for lenders such as RBS Group, Lloyds and Handelsbanken.
The properties we survey cover the whole spectrum from modern terraced two bed houses and cottages to coastal and country homes for some very high net worth clients and we have always ensured that everyone gets the same friendly and professional advice.
Attitude is key, we are looking for an individual who is understanding, empathetic and driven.
This is a fully supported role with opportunities for training and CPD, mentoring and support.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team.
The basic salary will range from £25,000 to £35,000 with the potential to earn a commission of £20,000+.
