Julian and Paul have just returned from a conference organised by panel management company CVN held at The Pavilions Bristol Zoo.
The event included entry to the zoo but on the hottest day of the year most of the animals had taken to seeking the shade so there was little to see.
The conference centred on two main topics including Development Valuations and the current PII (professional indemnity insurance) market.
Presentations were made by various specialists in their fields including Paul Long the Head of CVN who manage virtually all valuation instructions for Lloyds Bank.
