We are pleased to announce that Nathan, our Trainee Surveyor, has now successfully completed his training and obtained his AssocRICS qualification.
Nathan joined us last January with over 10 years’ experience in the local property market as a successful Estate Agent, working for some of the most well-known agents in the area. This has meant that Nathan brought with him a sound knowledge of property values.
In the last 12 months, he has undergone intensive training with our experienced surveyors helping and assisting in the undertaking of Home Surveys and Valuations on a wide variety of buildings throughout Cornwall.
Our team of surveyors have enjoyed working with him and passing on their experience of construction and defect identification. This is the first time DowlingDodd have trained in this way and are delighted to have been able to start Nathan on a long and successful career, providing the highest level of service to our clients.
Nathan is now looking forward to continuing his career with DowlingDodd, helping clients with the purchase of their new homes, along with giving valuation advice on matters such as Help to Buy, and Tax and Estate Planning.
